Adventure, fun, and leisure were what vacationers expected when leaving Belém heading to Cotijuba, but they didn't expect that the small island had been going through major storms in recent days. This island was once dubbed the "Island of the Devil" at the end of the rubber cycle, during which there was a great rural exodus and the capital swelled, together with the lack of infrastructure and high rates of violence. These factors led the authorities to build a prison on the small island of Cotijuba, turning it into a true Pará Alcatraz. However, years have passed, and the ruins still stand, with their lingering negative energies.

Loud music, drinks, and lots of revelry at the small "popopô" boat, but as they approached a certain point, the screams began to subside. Suddenly, the first young person jumped into the water without any expression, terrifying friends. The moment of desperation intensified as the second young woman walked to the back of the boat without saying a word and also jumped. Amid screams of horror, silence gained strength as one by one, the youths leaped into the bay—controlled by a negative force that exuded sulfur.
